Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers the following product categories:
- Lamps (Table Lamps, Wall Lamps, Hanging Lights, etc.)
- Home Décor Items
- Artificial Flowers & Plants
Each eligible product is covered under a limited warranty of 6 months from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Functional issues in lamps (e.g., faulty switches, adapters, wiring)
- Physical damage reported within 72 hours of delivery (must include unboxing video or photos)
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear or fading due to sun/water exposure
- Damage caused by improper installation or modifications
- Issues arising after the warranty period
Resolution Options
Once your claim is verified and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the defective product (subject to stock availability)
- Repair at no additional cost (if feasible)
- Store credit or full refund, based on the issue and product condition
Additional Terms
- Warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from www.charmingglow.in
- The original purchaser must submit the claim
- Shipping charges (if applicable) for return/replacement may be borne by the customer
